In this column each week, Kawartha Lakes This Week will publish the names of those convicted of offences in Lindsay provincial court, as well as those who have had charges withdrawn and those dismissed will be listed. Withdrawn means the Crown has decided not to proceed or is relaying the charges to a future date. Information published will include the date of the court appearance, the name of the person convicted, their age, the offence(s), and the sentence(s).
