The New Menu

If you’ve been visiting myKawartha.com for a while, you’ll have seen the site change quite a bit over the past year and a half. We started by colour-coding the sections, then we created a small drop-down menu at the top of the page in addition to the menu down the left side

Then we moved completely to a drop down menu. We did this to help organize the links by categories and it maximize the site for the content, which is the most important thing. We kept the colour-coding to help with the transition to the new organization of content.

Now you'll noticed that we have gone for a single gradient blend. We felt that myKawartha.com was ready for a new, fresh look. You've noticed the old heavy banner is gone, but we've still kept the trees in this look to stay true to the Kawartha spirit. The outlines around most objects are gone, and you'll notice that the home page is much more condensed.

We wanted to make myKawartha.com look cleaner, and more open. Don't worry though, all your favorite sections are still here and will be getting updates from time to time.
