Press releases are submitted to our newsroom and our online department.
A press release should be concise, and contain five main points: Who? What? When? Where? Why?
Give exact dates ("Oct. 10" instead of "tomorrow") and double check dates before including them. Give street numbers in addresses.
Include your name and telephone number on the release in case we require further information.
If you are requesting a story announcing an upcoming event, submit your information at least 10 days in advance of the event.
